What should I wear?
Depending on the service/techniques being provided you may not need to undress. For deep tissue and bodywork appointments, clients are instructed to undress down to their own comfort level. However, whatever you are most comfortable with can always be worked around!
How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through the homepage of this website. It will direct you to the booking website where you make a login and can pick a time slot that works best for you. If you are having trouble you can reach out to the therapist directly through email or phone.
Are walk-ins or same day appointments available?
If a same day spot is open, the booking website will direct you to “Contact to Book.” Therapist will determine whether or not the same day appointment will work. Walk-ins are not available.
What if I am late to an appointment?
It is preferred that clients arrive at least 5min early for a quick recap or intake prior to beginning. If you are going to be over 15min late, the therapist may cancel the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate a late arrival as long as it does not interfere with the next appointment.
Should I tip?
Tipping is never necessary but always appreciated!
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, Revamp Performance does not accept insurance. However, some HSA or FSA cards will work through our software so feel free to bring it and we will give it a shot!
